Litomyšl Castle

Imagine if someone built you a castle out of love. This is exactly what happened to the Spanish court lady Maria Manrique de Lara, who was delighted by such a gift from Vratislav of Pernštejn in 1581. Today, Renaissance Litomyšl is the only castle with open arcades north of the Alps.

Regional Museum

How does the corset fit? How about a top hat? The dressing room is definitely not just for kids. A group photo from a trip in period dress will go straight into the frame! After the exhibition, where you will find, for example, Křižík's arc lamp, don't forget to stop by the games room for a moment.
