"I started as a little boy with my grandfather. My grandfather smelled of bees, wax, honey, hive... Bees are amazing, they have a solid order in them. You feel happy around them... We only help the bees, we can't change them, we wouldn't even be able to... I am looking after forty colonies today... Bees know how to make the most of every moment, they manage their time perfectly and they have coded in themselves that opportunities never come back."
